cloud space for new recording

Hi everyone, apreciate your help I´ll make it short:
I have deleted all my recordings to get space for new sessions. but still ZOOM don´t let me record new stuff on my cloud. I´ve done all steps they asked for but still nothing. I don´t give credit for that.
