Zoom connection issue on iPad

My iPad zoom link says invalid address. However, I can use the same addresses on my laptop with no problems. What do I need to do to connect from my iPad?

Within my company, one of our employees is having the same issue with their iPhone, sent a ticket into support. We will see what they say.
