My company uses Zoom Team Chat as a means of instant messaging. Can my boss see messages to another colleague that I sent to that colleague privately over Zoom Team Chat?

Hi herman11, welcome to Zoom Community!
It is not possible for the boss to see the messages through the Zoom chat, however the Account Owner or an administrator will be able to consult them through the Dashboard if they have a BIZ, ENT or EDU plan.
