Recording options GDPR - Permission and solutions

We are using Zoom Enterprise at work. And in Germany the GDPR is very strict.

And I thought to myself to make life easier and compliant, it should be possible for admins to decide what happens with meeting recordings.

As soon as someone starts recording, there should be a pop-up that says that a recording has started and if you agree with it.

If you don't agree, the recording should anyways be allowed with you exchanging your thoughts with your team.

The only difference will be, that in the recording later, the video is blurred and (optional) the voice will be transcribed or changed.
