Retrieving zoom recording after 120 days

A zoom session  a colleague recorded  for me has been deleted, is there a way I can retrieve it  after the 120 days ( anything video or transcript of conversation)?

Hey @rpastrana, unfortunately, if you delete the recording from the trash or if the recording is in the trash for 30 days; it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
