Hello My yearly subscription ended right before a meeting that I recorded and when I paid for a new subscription the recorded meeting was not there. Is there anyway to get that recorded meeting back?

Hi, @Michael123 –
I’m assuming that you’re talking about Cloud Recordings. Local Recordings should be affected by any account changes, since they’re located on your computer.
The only suggestion I have is to look in your Recording Trash area. Click the Trash link on the Recording page:
If they’re not there, I doubt you’ll be able to retrieve it. Unfortunately it sounds like your account reverted to a Basic/Free account before the meeting, and recording on the Cloud isn’t included in the Basic/Free account package – so my assumption is that no recording was generated. Note that Local recording is permitted on a Basic/Free account; if you were locally recording, it should still be wherever your local recordings are found.
