Missing recording

Hi, I recently recorded myself taking an exam for a graduate school class. I just went back to try and get the link to submit to the professor and this is the message I get when I click on the recording:

 

The recording does not exist(2237)

 

Any help?

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
    You will see a list of cloud recordings that you started and have finished processing.
  3. Adjust the date range and status, then search by host, meeting ID, topic, or keyword.
    Note: There is no limit on the date you can specify.
