Hi!
The problem is not in the application. The problem is that I generate the url and token through /inc connect jenkins command. We use this data to send notifications to a channel via jenkins. We use this channel in the company for our job.
STR again:
1. I create a new channel in zoom.
2. Put in channel /inc connect jenkins.
3. Received in incoming webhook channel Endpoint and Verification Token.
4. Use this data for send notification from jenkins to zoom channel.
5. Send notification to channel - > channel received notification.
6. Set other user as new channel admin and leave channel.
7. Send notification from jenkins to zoom channel again.
Actual result: Jenkins notification doesn't come to zoom channel.

Thank you for the additional information. This is out of my scope. I recommend that you submit a ticket for technical support on this.
