Downloads in chat

Discussion leader sends downloads in chat but I cannot receive them. Must I enable some feature  in order to receive downloads in chat?

Hi @ricirick 

 

If this refers to receiving files through in-meeting Chat, please keep in mind this can only be done on the desktop client - and not via the web or mobile app.

 

Are you using the Zoom client application on either a Windows PC or an Apple computer?

 

If you are, keep in mind also that in-meeting Chat file-transfer requires Zoom client application 4.6.10 or higher for Meeting, and  5.6.0 or higher for Webinar.
