Hi Folks,

I think there's an assumption that this group (Chat) is intended for general chat in the Community - but in fact (I believe) it is supposed to be for discussion about the Zoom Chat product (the Chat platform within Zoom itself).

How can we clarify this?

Hi @Rupert, your belief is correct! The Chat board is a discussion for Chat within the Zoom Client, not in-meeting chat. If that helps for clarification.

Assuming you've used Chat if not and for others seeing this, you can look into How to use Zoom Chat. 🙂
