Amnesia

A friend had a stroke and she has amnesia. Some of us from the zoom group bought a device so she would have a device unfortunately we don't have a password so she can get into zoom is there any way to bypass that so I could set up this device for her? I have her email address phone number and of course first and last name if that helps.

Hey @azzow2, she would need to create a Zoom account at zoom.us/signup, from there create your Zoom credentials using an accessible email address and password.
