Zoom Room license vs Zoom event

We would like to have a "room like" which will be active all day where employees can join and work together without the need to create a meeting that takes a single user account since if this user has another meeting in parallel to act as a host, it is impossible for him.
What would be the best solution? Zoom room license? or Zoom event?

Hi there, even with a webinar or events license the creator of the meeting or webinar will only ever be able to host one at a time. They can attend other meetings or webinars hosted by someone else running at the same time though. In regards to your Zoom Room idea, I believe this is possible using the room's meeting ID: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/204110915-Using-Zoom-Rooms-Personal-Meeting-ID-PMI-
