Recovering Recordings

Hello Zoomies,

 

 I recently recorded a zoom call and can't find or recover the recording. Can someone assist with this issue?

Hi Mindtapgrp, if you cannot see the recording within the portal, you will need to raise a ticket with Zoom Support, They will have access to your account once you provide permission and can then search the back end for the recording.
