Hey @Ronald, welcome to the community! I would encourage you, if you're not familiar with Zoom quite yet, to check out the KB article Getting started guide for new users, this will help you guide through the basics of Zoom! Also, if you're having trouble in-meeting talking, double-check you're not on mute, you can un-mute by clicking on the microphone button.  

As well as ensuring your speaker and microphone inputs are correct. If you're not using an external speaker or microphone, you'll probably see something like 'same as system', which is fine and should work! Hope this helps!
