Bulk adding co-hosts - is this possible?

Hello, does anyone know if there is functionality in zoom to bulk enable co-hosts?  We use zoom for examinations and for large subjects require 130 zoom rooms at the same time, but find we can only add the co-hosts (exam supervisors) one by one.  Surely someone knows a way to do this more efficiently.
