HR is asking if there is a way employees can call in and hear a message saying, "Press 1 if you work in production, Press 2 if you work in Customer Service, etc." and then route those message to the manager of those departments as voice mails?

Wow, thanks. Followup, can there be two levels (english or spanish) in the beginning and the selct a department?

@Tuesday Yes. Upon calling the number assigned to your Auto Receptionist, your IVR menu can say press 1 for English and press 2 for Spanish. Keys 1 and 2 should be set 'Forward to Auto Receptionist' so that after selecting a language, the caller will be directed to another IVR menu with the department options.
