Can't find notes after meeting ends

I took a note during a meeting earlier today (8/6). Then after leaving the meeting, I can't find the note anymore. I observed this on version 6.5.1. 

After updating to version 6.5.7, I create a new meeting with no one joined, took a note, ended meeting, then the note was still nowhere to find.

Hi @rliu and welcome to the community! Can you try the following? 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. At the top, click the Notes button.

I am also having this problem. Using the Desktop Client and clicking the Notes button, the notes are not there. I have some older notes from months back but notes from the past few weeks meetings are not listed. If I reenter the meeting, the notes are also not visible.

It seems that there is no auto save. Your first experience with notes is a very poor one.

In fact, I can't save a note in the app (macOS) or "web portal". I create a note, type, rename...and there's no save button and the note does not appear in "Recent" or "Trash".

????
