@AnonEl even Intel i3 is the 5 th gen go for the background blur option but the rygen 3 3250 U is does great than i3 11 th gen and does not have a blur support why ? even it has multi cores and max clock speed is 3.6 GHz.

Hey @AnwardeenM, according to our KB article, if your Operating System doesn’t meet our requirements we do not recommend enabling “I have a green screen” without a green screen. Wish I could give more insight into the newer generation of processors, however, I believe if you look at the requirements i5 or higher is required for virtual background with or without a physical green screen as i3 processor or AMD ryzen 3 processors are not supported.
