transcription of meeting

How can I get a transcription of my meetings and also be able to print it out.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
Click the name of the recorded meeting.
You will see a list of recording files.
Click the Audio transcript file and download it.

I am having a new issue when downloading. It only downloads as if through express scribe. I used to have an option to open it in notebook, save it and be able to edit it. HDO you know how I can get this option again?
