subtitles

Can I add subtitles when the meeting is finished? First I record the meeting and then I add the subtitles.

I would like to do this because the speaker speaks Italian and it's not easy to have a proper English translation.

Is it possibile to do this?

I would use davinci resolve by blackmagic design to edit the video and add subtitles
