sound problems

Hi,
in meetings, when a user shares the screen to show a video, I have audio problems. I can listen to the words of the video, the dialogues, but not the musical tones. I can't listen to tones other than words and this happens to me even during normal meetings without anyone sharing the video.
I hear the dialogues between people but not the different tones.
How can I solve it?
Is this a Zoom settings issue or is it a my PC settings issue?
Thank you very much
Walter

Hi,

This appears to be a Zoom settings issue.
By default, Zoom is configured to transmit only human voices and not other sounds.

In the microphone settings, just check the box for “Original Sound for Musicians.”

Here is insight to setting up original sound.

Note that original sound has to be turned on in 2 places. Don't forget to click the Original Sound for Musicians button to toggle this on or off in the top-left corner of the meeting window for the desktop client. Also, check your OS for audio enhancements and be sure they are turned off.

If this works please click accept as a solution.
