share sound

Hello!
i can't share my computer sound even if i go with "share computer sound" at the share screen option
anybody got any clue?

Does it appear to share, but nothing is audible - or do you get an error?

Are you yourself still able to hear your computer sound?

Are you using a USB headset?

Are you on Windows or Mac?

yes, it appears that i am sharing sound/screen

i try to use both, Jack earphon and USB one.

I am using windows

note : i am able to share sound without earphone plugged in. But before, i can share sound even with earphone plugged in

I have the same issue.  I select "Share sound" and can share the video with folks in China but they cannot hear the audio of the video. 

Please help.
