At what point are you stuck, and what are any error messages or other indications you're  seeing?


Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

I just upgraded to 5.11.10. Have been using zoom every week for last 2 years. Could not share my screen. Rebooted and reinitiated zoom. None of my meeting users could see my screen. First time I had this problem. Using zoom every week multiple times. Bad dog!

Hi Ray, thanks for getting back to me.  I'm unsure what the issue is, but I've been unable to share my screen.  Its been a while since I tried it, and apologize that I don't have the specific page where this happens.  Its been pointed out to me that after clicking on share screen, a page comes up with boxes on it, and one of them shows a large exclamation point.  The people on my zoom say they do not see the exclamation point on the same page, and they believe that may be an indication of security setting.  Does this help at all?
