Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

this is a stupid question. I've scheduled a meeting but can't see how to let the people I want to meet with know

You can use a calendar service, like Gmail, Outlook or something else to invite people to the scheduled meeting.
