the error I am facing is kinda strange, when I connect my wired earphone while in zoom meeting I am unable to hear anything. even if I change my speaker reference it dont work. tried reinstalling multiple times. the funny thing is if i connect using my wireless headphones, then it works. and when i use my wired headphones for watching videos or when there is google meet.. it works fine.. the issue is only when i connect to zoom. please provide any solutions

Hello, iemaiman - As I think about your issue, I wonder when you plug your wired headphones in if there is another program that might be accessing your wired headphones? It sounds like you have selected that source while in the meeting, but again just thinking that another program might be taking priority over Zoom, thus causing your issue?
