I forgot to record an important meeting.. is there a way to retrieve this meeting?

Unfortunately, no. Zoom only records when you tell it to. There’s no “backup recording” made. 

If you were not the meeting host/owner, you might contact the host and see if they made a recording (Cloud out Local) and would be willing to share it with you.

 

If you were the meeting host and you enabled Local Recording for any participants, you might contact some participants to see if they have recordings they’d share with you. 

Otherwise, sorry – no other options.
