problem converting zoom recording on computer

I'm unable to convert the zoom meeting on my computer, in my system preference it is grayed out

Check that the Zoom recording is fully downloaded onto your computer. You cannot convert a recording that is still in the process of downloading.

Make sure that you have a compatible video converter software installed on your computer. There are many free and paid options available online.

Check that the file format of your Zoom recording is compatible with the converter software you are using. The most common file formats for Zoom recordings are MP4 and M4A.
