polling persons as the enter meeting

I have entered a few zoom meetings, and as i entered the poll just pops up for me to submit.  How does the host automatically make persons entering zoom do a poll without have to manually launching it at the end or during meetings.

This should help. I think they may have the poll created in advance and are just clicking it before guests enter so it seems as if it is not manually launched?
