no audio on my recording

I held a Zoom call today and presented slides view screen share. It recorded and I have the file to share but NO AUDIO!! I don't know if there is anything that can be done or even if no sound can transcript be added after?? any help

Hi @CLS! Welcome to the Zoom community, we're happy that you're here 😊

Unfortunately, you can't recover the sound of the existing file once it's finished recording and processing. I would suggest that before you record next time, check your mic settings locally and on Zoom settings and then do a test run to see if your audio works before recording.
