sometime my microphone works where as soe time it doesnot work please give me soluution

Hi @Necon audio issues can be a few things and a pain... Sometimes, the issue is with your sound driver itself.
- You can try updating Zoom to the latest version. I'm currently running 5.7.6, however, updates for Zoom are always being released
- Check your input on external hardware when selecting a microphone in-meeting or in the Zoom meeting client settings. If the Zoom app doesn’t have permission to use your microphone in Windows, it will not work. You will need to check and grant access to windows privacy settings.
- Zoom offers advanced audio settings within the Zoom meeting client, under Audio Advanced, select “Auto” for all audio processing also with checking, “Show in-meeting option to enable original sound”, you will see a new Turn original sound on/off option at the top.
- If all else fails:
- uninstall/reinstall (mac)
- clean.exe Zoom (Windows Only)/ This will be located at the bottom of the article. CleanZoom.zip
