I have been leading a meeting for over 2 years. The past 2 weeks I am unable to do so because I start the meeting and no one shows up. I start getting texts from members saying: they can't get in; they got in but were dropped. I have tried to restart the meeting but get a message that I have to end the meeting in progress. Clearly when I do this, they get dropped. However, although I am in my meeting and they say they are we are not visible to each other.

First, check the participant list to be sure they are not in the waiting room.
Second, check host tools and be sure that the meeting is not locked.
If that does not work then post a screenshot of the participant list where you have joined the meeting using other devices you own or control.
If this works please click accept as a solution.
