meeting record is disappear

We held a meeting on September 13, 2021, but the record is missing and disappear.

The meeting was held for three days on September 13, 15, and 17. Only September 15th and 17th are recorded. It comes out at the previous meeting, but it's not in the record, so please check it.

I have to submit my records to the school, so please reply.
