invalid user ID for recurring meetings

Whenever I create a recurring meeting, whether weekly or monthly, the link will work fine for 2-3 meetings and then the meeting ID suddenly expires (resulting in getting the "invalid meeting id" error message). Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

Hi @TonyP2
Check your meeting ID has expired.

Expired or deleted meetings

  • If you are seeing an invalid meeting ID message when trying to start your meeting, it is likely that the meeting ID has expired or was deleted. As the host of the meeting, check if the meeting ID appears on the meetings page in the Zoom web portal.

Cheers

OK. If it has expired, how do I reinstate it?

I am curious if this issue occurs when I create a meeting in Outlook, add the Zoom information, and THEN make it reoccurring.  Would it look at the meeting as being a one time meeting because that is when I added it to my Outlook Invite thus making the 30 day rule applicable (and then the meeting becomes invalid after a 31 day month)?
