iPads onsite unable to log into Zoom

Unable to sign into Zoom with email address, google, apple of facebook. 
Errors change from check proxy and firewall settings, error code 1000600, check network connection.

 

This happens across all devices across site. No firewall or proxy enabled on device. 
Cache cleared, device reimaged, checked settings. Nothing seems to be working.
