So I've been doing Zoom depos for two years...never ever dropped a Zoom meeting. Got a new computer last summer and still had not problems and last two to three weeks Zoom has been freezing up at least once during each session and lately has been knocking me off...did it three times today. Every time it freezes it says low or bad signal...everything else in the house works perfectly so don't think it's my internet, maybe a setting in my computer. I have an hp Envy and have the most up-to-date windows. Help!

Hey @Sheree08, first, I would try updating your Zoom client -- if that doesn't help suggest uninstalling and reinstalling. Secondly, check out our troubleshooting steps when using WiFI at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362463. Let me know your findings! 😄
