When I host a meeting, my microphone works perfectly if the speaker is the only one speaking. However, as soon as musicians start singing or playing instruments, the sound is garbled, as if the speaker and musicians are under water. This problem started 2 months ago, whereas previously the audio quality was excellent all the time. We have not changed our microphone setup or settings -- could it be a setting was changed by a Zoom update? I've tried turning on (and then off) 'original sound for musicians.' That did not fix the problem. I've also tried changing the advanced setting 'signal processing by Windows audio device drivers.' That did not fix the problem either.
Can you help?
