Dear all,

one of our collaborator has problems  connecting to zoom meeting we are organising with our company (he could connect yesterday and on Monday). He gets the following error code 5107000.

Could you please explain what it means.

Hi @hélèneM, are you using the Zoom client downloaded from https://zoom.us/download? Also, from previous cases, the error 5107000 notes a connection failure to Zoom. You can look into https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/sections/201740166 for articles on Network configuration if you're having connectivity problems. Let me know if that helps!
