Hi Ed, and welcome to the start of your zoom problems. You’ll find some posts from me on this subject, posted in the last week. Error code 1132 means you have been reported for violating zoom rules. The big drag, however, is you’ll find zoom have disabled your hardware in addition to your account. Try and create a backup account on that device and you’ll find you can’t budge the 1132 error. You’ll never be able to run the zoom app or program ever again on that device. Apparently, the Appeals dept is the only one who can deal with this. This means real people, which means at least a month long queue.
I’ve been told by a moderator to check back here again, thirty days after my initial appeal, which will be in eight days. I haven’t had as much as a email from them, not even to tell me that I’m banned. Don’t expect great support. Good luck.
