email not an option to send invite on ipad

I have a new ipad and have installed Zoom. When I click on a meeting and click add invitees only "send message" and "copy to clipboard" appear as options. There's no option to send email. Any help is appreciated. I'd love to not have to copy and paste into an email for every meeting. 

The option to "send email" does show up on Zoom on my iphone.

Do you have the mail app configured on the iPad?

Though you've not had feedback from the original poster, I can confirm that not having Apple Mail on my iPad was the cause of the problem for me.  To fix it, I installed Apple Mail and linked it to one of my email addresses.  The Send email option then appeared in Zoom.  Thanks!
