delete recording option do not appear

Hello, I'm not finding the option to delete recordings in the place it should be.

I know where to delete recordings because I do it in an old account I have (and the option is still there). But recently I've got a new account and it is not there, as shown in the attached print screen... how to proceed?

If you are part of a larger organization, your Zoom Admin might have this setting turned off:

If this is the case, contact your organization's Zoom Admin for guidance.

 

If this is your personal account with you as your own administrator, go to Admin -> Account Management -> Account Settings:

Click the Recording tab:

Scroll down and turn off this setting (turn the blue switch to grey):
