Although i have checked the id meeting more over 10 times and i have clicked in the link to the room but i still can not join the meeting on laptop but i can join by that link and that id on my phone. Anybody can help me, pls?

Bri, I'm having the same problem. I normally log into Zoom by SSO login as an MD Anderson user. None of the meeting participants could join the Zoom meetings I created though Outlook and when another member created the meeting I couldn't join it. I restarted my computer and I was able to join a meeting with my team by running it in Chrome, but now I can't join any other MD Anderson seminars. All of my attempts to log in are timing out
