I have given Zoom permission to access/edit my Google calendar but now my entire calendar can be viewed in Zoom. Is there anyway to create calendar events in Zoom without giving Google full access?

I have the same issue with my Google account. I cannot only connect Zoom for adding events. Instead, asking for full editing of all the events in all the calendars!!! They want free data !!! And I won't give them...
