advanced polls not appearing on my poll list

Hi There,

 

I've created both basic and advanced polls for an upcoming zoom meeting, but the advanced polls are not showing up on my drop down poll list.   Any ideas why this is happening?

Is your app and your attendee's apps all up to date? Advanced polling requires 5.8.3 or higher and only people with that version or higher will be able to see the advanced polling. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4412325214477

"All meeting participants must be on the supported version or higher, or they will not be able to see or participate in an advanced poll or quiz. If unable to update to the minimum version, we recommend joining through the web client. "

Even through the webclient I cannot see the polls /meetings/{meetingId}/polls/. 

I can see the polls answers via /past_meetings/{meetingUUID}/polls.
