address invalid

I teach all my classes via zoom.  Lately, many of my attendees are getting an address invalid response.

they have the correct link, and meeting number. Can anyone tell me what they need to do to join the meeting.

It seems like most of them (that i can remember are using apple)

Login to your account from a browser.

Go to personal > meetings

Click on the NAME of the meeting

Go to the line that says "invite link"

click on the copy icon to the right of the link. This will copy the link

Open your email

Create a new message to send to everyone

In the body of the email paste the link (Ctrl+v on Windows).

Note in the email that the Zoom app will need to be installed

When they click on this link it will launch the meeting if the app is installed. If not it will request the app.
