Hi @ShannonClasses welcome to the community! I don't believe this would be a Zoom issue by any means, but I would suggest maybe try some of the troubleshooting suggestions from https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000813.htm

We started to have the same problem. We are behind a SonicWall firewall and I can assure no changes were made. For some reason, https://zoom.us/ is not loading, or sometimes it loads with out css, just like the screenshot from Shannon Classes. Any idea what could be the problem?
