I have a colleague who needs to use our Zoom account but is always asked for a verification code every time he tries to open the account. How can I get around this function without having to pay for an additional license?

Hello,

The entire reason that the verification code is sent is to prevent exactly what you are trying to do. Sharing accounts is against the Zoom TOS.  Buy the user their own licence and the problem will go away.

You could invite the user to your account as a basic user, but they will be limited to 40 minute meetings.
