Hello

I got a new laptop a couple weeks ago and have been using Zoom with it.  I tried to get on last week and the light is on on the camera and everything but you can't see my face.  It's just black.  Anyone know why it would do this or how I can fix it?

Thanks!

Hi @amberk75

This sounds like it could be privacy settings in operating system prevent Zoom getting an image from you camera.

Are you on an Apple Computer or a Windows PC?

It's a Dell laptop with Windows, not an Apple computer
