Zoom recording stuck buffering

Hi

So I'm at this collage and the classes are via Zoom conversations

When I'm trying to watch the recorded session (4 hours session+-) the stream getting stuck after few mins and when I try to refresh it wont load again but have the buffering circle spinning instead for ever.

my internet connection work perfectly well everywhere else and zoom worked well too but that zoom problem started recently in the past few weeks...

any help on this matter?
