Zoom recording is missing

Hi!
Last Tuesday I recorded a 2 hours meeting.  I have never received an email after and when I checked this morning to see if it's still processing, it's not even listed. I know I clicked Record, 

It's not on my computer in the Zoom folder, nor is it showing up in my account. 

Can zoom support please?  I really need it for work.

If this does not work, 

I think that the next option would be to reach out to Zoom Support for further analysis and investigation.
