Zoom pwa for Chromebook is not seeing the camera on my Chromebook duet, no problem with the old app and all permissions are active.

I am having the same issue with my HP Chromebook - this problem just started a week or so ago.  How can I resolve it (settings show PWA is allowed to access the camera and I have the latest version of OS).
